Having worked in both consultancy and in-house product teams, I’ve learned to value two things at once: the freedom to explore and the discipline to make things real.
I enjoy fast-moving environments where ideas are challenged early, but I also care about ownership, follow-through, and the details that make a product hold together beyond the first concept.
As a teammate, I’m curious, open, and serious about the work without taking myself too seriously. I like sharing unfinished ideas, debating decisions, and building things closely with people across disciplines.
